Alright I'm going to openly confess to any and all reading this, that yes I am a dandelion lover. It's true I swear, with my hand on this keyboard, that I love dandelions! Go ahead be judgemental, I don't care! ( tehe ) I've never really understood what the fuss is about. I actually find them to be beautiful. There I've confessed, and with that off my chest, I'll be on my way! Have a wonderful day everyone! xo~
Do you just like to look at them, or do you like to eat them too? Here in Altadena, CA, I belong to a fruit and veggie exchange, where neighbors share their surplus produce with other members of the group. One member only managed to produce dandelions, and there were lots of takers for the greens.

Susan C, I've never eaten them, but many people in this area actually make "dandelion wine" from them! Perhaps it makes them feel Dandy! hahaha ;)
ReplyDeleteMe, too. What other flower brings so much instant joy to kids everywhere?! Heck! Even this grownup can't resist blowing those fluffy pods! And what mom hasn't been overjoyed receiving dandelions given with love from their kids?
